Terms of service

Effective from July 2, 2024

Kenonai Raw reserves the right to change the terms of service, website content, service offerings, prices, and quantities without prior notice.

Kenonai Raw reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment in case of unexpected situations (e.g., vehicle breakdown, sudden worsening weather, illness). In such cases, the customer will be contacted to agree on either rescheduling the appointment or canceling it and receiving a refund of the amount paid.

No images, texts, service content, or any other materials related to Kenonai Raw may be copied from this website without separate, written permission.

The customer must reschedule their chosen service no later than 24 hours before the service start/delivery time. Rescheduling is not possible within 24 hours of the service start. In unexpected force majeure situations occurring less than 24 hours before the service start, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the customer must contact info@kenonairaw directly.

The customer must cancel their chosen service no later than 24 hours before the service start. In such cases, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the customer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation.

If the service is canceled less than 24 hours before it begins, the full amount paid for the service will be retained.

If the customer is more than 10 minutes late for the service start time and has not notified info@kenonairaw.fi in advance, the service will be canceled, and the full amount paid for the service will be retained.

Species-appropriate feeding does not replace veterinary care or medication, does not authorize discontinuing medication independently, and is not a guarantee of the animal’s ongoing health. The owner is always responsible for decisions related to their cat’s care, as well as for monitoring and managing the cat’s health and other related matters.

Privacy policy

Personal data collected from the customer is used for providing services and matters related to the customer relationship. The cat’s health information is handled, if necessary, in cooperation with a veterinarian. With the customer’s separate consent, feedback provided by the customer may be published on Kenonai Raw’s website, Facebook page, and/or @kenonairaw Instagram page. Data collected from the customer and information related to the cat obtained from the customer are stored electronically on appropriately secured devices for at least 3 years.

The customer has the right to request the deletion of their data and to inquire about how the collected information about them is being used. For matters related to correction requests, the customer must first contact info@kenonairaw.fi to receive the address for sending a written, signed correction request.

Customer information will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s separate consent. Customer data will also not be sold to others.

Customer data is processed in accordance with data protection guidelines, avoiding unnecessary handling.
