The duration of the service is 30 minutes and it is conducted remotely.

Checkin’ out stuff
Diet review, intended for a cat that is already fully raw-fed, whose owner wants to have the diet checked and gain peace of mind as well as ideas for composing the menu.
A food diary must be kept for one week prior to the review, and a questionnaire—sent to you by email after booking—must be completed. Both the food diary and the questionnaire should be returned by email once the required tracking period is complete.
Once the food diary has been reviewed, you will receive an email with an assessment of the current diet, any suggested improvements, and tips on how to enhance the menu.

How it works:
Before the initial consultation, a one-week food diary should be kept and a questionnaire—sent to you by email after booking—should be completed. These should be returned one day before the appointment.
In the first meeting (1 hour), which takes place online or in person, the food diary and the current situation as well as wishes/ideas regarding the change will be reviewed.
In-person meetings are available within a 15 km radius of Neste Vantaa Tikkurila Kehä 3. Longer distances can be arranged by agreement. Mileage reimbursement of 0.38 € per kilometer, one way, will be charged separately.
After the meeting, you will receive written instructions for the dietary change via email.
The follow-up visit (45 minutes) is held by agreement.
Between visits, contact is maintained via email as needed, up to 3 times per week, and the diet is updated accordingly.

Things don’t always go as planned, and life can throw a wrench in the works. This service is intended for cats that have more or less some physical issues. The duration of the service is approximately 4 months.
In more challenging cases or according to the customer's needs, the duration of the service can be adjusted in advance. This will be discussed and agreed upon via email before booking the service.
How it works:

This service is suitable for a person who already has understanding and experience with raw feeding but wants support and guidance for the final stage to completely leave industrial food behind.
How it works:
Before the initial consultation, a one-week food diary should be kept and a questionnaire—sent to you by email after booking—should be completed. These should be returned one day before the appointment.
In the meeting (45 minutes), which takes place online or in person, the food diary and questionnaire are reviewed, and how the transition to a fully raw diet can be best implemented is discussed.
In-person meetings are available within a 15 km radius of Neste Vantaa Tikkurila Kehä 3. Longer distances can be arranged by agreement. Mileage reimbursement of 0.38 € per kilometer, one way, will be charged separately.
After the meeting, you will receive written instructions on how to successfully continue the journey all the way to the goal.
A week or two after the meeting, there will be a final check-in via email to see how things have been going.
